The maintenance could use immediate attention!!! I faced air conditioning failures in two different rooms. The elevators are notoriously slow and sometimes only one is operational, causing significant delays during busy times!!!

We loved our stay, especially enjoying family walks in the beautiful Parc de la Tête d'Or right in front of the hotel. The rooms were spacious and accommodating, making it easy for us to travel with our babies. The breakfast was great, too!

In my wife’s opinion, the hotel should provide better baby cots.

Comfortable Stay with Beautiful Views

Enjoyed my stay in a standard room with an excellent river view. Very cozy setup, ideal for relaxation. The onsite restaurant had, surprisingly, a delightful buffet breakfast with fresh fruits and hot dishes that started each day right. Pro tip, reserve a table early!

stayed at crowne plaza for 4 nights with my family, and the beds were extremely comfortable. the staff was super helpful and really pleasant. it's conveniently located close to the convention center, making it easy to get around. breakfast was also great—definitely filled us up for the day!

The fitness center offered great equipment. The staff was very approachable and ensured everything was clean and in order. Location was perfect near Parc de la Tête d'Or.

The hotel's bright decor combined with elegant touches made me feel special, while the accessibility options made moving around a breeze. The lounge area's cozy seating was delightful, perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring.

More grab bars in the bathroom would help.

So I stayed for a couple of nights and wow the staff really went outta their way, especially this woman named Federica, she was amazing. And the breakfast was solid like a good buffet should be, fresh fruits, meats, all the fixings.

It wasn't cheap but still acceptable for what I got.

Not to mention, the brunch at the neighboring Marriott was an absolute winner. Plus, the staff were welcoming and helpful, making for a smooth experience.

Now, the not-so-fun stuff, my room situation was less than ideal. I ended up in a wheelchair-accessible room on the first floor, which left the entire bathroom soaked after a shower. The bright help button kept me up at night, and listening to the comings and goings until late was a bit of a bummer.

Just a fine choice for a short stayover in Lyon with decent value for money. The reception team was very welcoming and knowledgeable, making the check-in process smooth. Use public transportation outside the hotel for easy access to the city center.

Can recommend for a short layover

Comfortable room, clean bathroom, with a spacious area that allowed us to enjoy our breakfast with a wide variety of food items offered and a beautiful view of the river from our window while being just a short 10-minute bus ride from the city center.
